Squirrel Park Machida

This cute, spacey Squirrel Park in Machida is the perfect place to spend your Sunday afternoon. There are lots of squirrels and they all have their own cute, little house inside the park. They can run around freely which is perfect for making photos and for feeding which is 100 yen for a hand full of sunflower seeds. There are about 3 different types of squirrels, all of which eager to fill their tiny bellies.

In this park you can also enjoy other animals like a huge turtle, rabbits and guinea pigs.

Take a train to Machida Station and from there the park is easily reached by a short bus ride (bus platform 21).
They’re closed every Tuesday. Entree free is 400 yen.
